The Overall Plumber

I've never had to call a plumber before! But in the last 24 hours, I restled with the outcome that I was defeated. I got online and searched for a plumber. I read the reviews and weighed my options, and kept coming back to the same decision! The Overall Plumber in Santa Fe Teaxs off Hwy 6 answered the call. The customer service over the phone was kind, understanding, and very straightforward on how they work and price upfront. The visit and understanding of the problem were free. My service personnel was named Dayton. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He educated me on certain things related to my service call. Now, I knew these things he told me, but it was nice knowing that he took the time to help the consumer. Now that's true service! Thank you, Dayton! And finally, the fact that they are on call 24hrs. Makes me comfortable knowing that help is just a phone call away! Thank you to all, at "The Overall Plumber" I will choose nobody else when it comes to plumbing!

I was looking for a water heater supplyline that was 1 in. VS 3/4 inch. No one seemed to have one. I called them and even though they did not have one, Chris found 6 of them and told me exactly where to go and what isle they were on. I could not believe how helpful they were. I sure would call them again for any type if plumbing repair. Also, it was late on Saturday afternoon. I was impressed.

I chose Overall Plumbing because of the reviews. I Dealt with the owner who is very professional and courteous. Our project was installing water and sewer to a room addition outside. The plumbing was done with expertise. We would definitely recommend his company. His workers were also very professional and courteous. Thank you Chris for making this project a pleasurable experience.

So a late night water heater blows as water comes into the kitchen area from the attic. Early morning call was made and able to get me scheduled within an hour. Removed and replaced my water heater from the attic, replaced worn piping and ensured their work was complete all before leaving, which took just a little more than an hour. Talk about fast and efficient with an upfront cost provided. This absolutely is MY PLUMBER!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You will not be disappointed! A++++

Great company all around. The owner was amazing and so were his employees. Professional, knowledgeable, and they do exceptional work. They cleaned up after themselves and even took off their shoes as they came in and out of our home. We had a pretty big job that needed to be tackled and they didn’t blink an eye. A highly recommended company and we will use them for every future project we have. Thank you!

Bathroom remodel project. The crew removed a jetted tub and surround and prepared the space for a step-in shower. They did a great job and the 'tile guy' Chris recommended did an outstanding job. We love our new shower! We highly recommend the Overall Plumber!
